Challenge: This bathroom remodel was the second remodel project we did for this family. They

live near the beach and wanted to upgrade their early 1980’s guest bathroom to a more modern

design. Additionally, the existing tub was too shallow to enjoy.

Solution: The vanity countertop, base, and shampoo shelf was custom made from concrete

mixed with glass tile pieces from the tub surround glass liner for a more cohesive appearance.

The surfboard shaped wall sconces fit perfectly, enhancing the lighting in the room. The new

soaking tub was deeper and could be filled to a height that would keep you warm while soaking.
